2. What data we collect

Files you process

We do not collect, store, or transmit any files you upload or process. All file processing happens locally in your browser using JavaScript. Your files never leave your device.

Website usage data (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, browser type, operating system, and country of visit. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Contact form

If you contact us via our contact form, we collect your name and email address solely to reply to your message. This data is processed via Formspree and is not shared with any third parties. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Cookies

This site uses cookies from Google AdSense and Google Analytics. These may include personalised advertising cookies. You can manage or disable cookies at any time via your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect the functionality of our tools.

We do not store any files you process. Contact form messages are retained only as long as necessary to respond. Anonymous analytics data may be retained for up to 26 months.

8. Children's privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at bisnep.au@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
